Got a negative feedback from a NPB saying that we never responded to emails and that we gave complaints without reason. Sent an email to powerseller support saying that the buyer was lying (he was the one who ignored multiple emails, messages, and invoices & then made up excuse of ordering wrong battery, etc. - no response to offers of helping with correct battery of course 😉 )and that he left negative feedback because we finally ended an unpaid item dispute. Good thing that we sent several messages that were still in the ebay messaging system! Got email response and feedback removal about 13 minutes after acknowledgement of receipt of my email!
