Wow! Unwarranted Neg Feedback removed within 15 min!

Got a negative feedback from a NPB saying that we never responded to emails and that we gave complaints without reason. Sent an email to powerseller support saying that the buyer was lying (he was the one who ignored multiple emails, messages, and invoices & then made up excuse of ordering wrong battery, etc. - no response to offers of helping with correct battery of course 😉 )and that he left negative feedback because we finally ended an unpaid item dispute. Good thing that we sent several messages that were still in the ebay messaging system! Got email response and feedback removal about 13 minutes after acknowledgement of receipt of my email! Good job Raymond G from eBay Customer Support!

Today I sent an email asking for help as I received an unwarranted negative as well. I had to open an unpaid item dispute as the buyer didn't respond to any of my messages. Days later I get a response from ebay that the buyer has agreed to pay and is requesting a total. So I sent him another invoice but then noticed when I went into the order details this message ""srry i did not know how to use the e bay srry man i cant pay it.". I asked him to clarify as it said he was going to pay but this message said he obviously wasn't going to. I of course didn't get a response. But I did get a negative feedback which said "dont have money". I too received a response from Raymond G within about a half an hour and it was removed! I'm still curious though .. how is it possible that a buyer who doesn't pay for the item can still leave you a feedback?? Thank you Raymond G for your assistance and quick response!
