this guy is a crook they said that they cannot refund my money because it was already ship that was impossible because I cancel right away this guy should be taken off the seller I am not the only that fell for it there is a lot of other ones

So you purchased a "supplier list" and changed your mind after you realized that you had not read the listing properly.

Why blame the seller?

There is no obligation by the seller to accept your so-called "cancellation" after you purchased the item and paid for it.

The listing clearly stated:

"This auction is for information purpose only, as a bonus you have the right to resell this latest list to anyone you want, so you have nothing to lose!

*This auction is not for any physical item nor any physical item will be shipped, this is a package in .zip format with a full list in .pdf format to access authorized distributors and wholesalers that can provide the brands mentioned above at a wholesale prices, some conditions apply depending on distributors terms."

While I am sure you are embarrassed by making such a stupid mistake, which could have been avoided by actually reading the listing before buying, you can get your money back.

Probably.

File an Item Not Received dispute as soon as possible. If the seller cannot prove that you have received the item, he will be told to refund you in full.

If he does not do so, Paypal will refund you and go after him for the money.

You will not be allowed to leave feedback.

This won't work if the listing was for a digital item, which would be emailed to you, not posted.

If that is not successful, go instead to the credit card you actually paid with (PP is just a useful mediator, protecting your financial information from strangers) and phone the 1-800 customer service number and asking about a chargeback.

But your takeaway should be (and somehow I believe that you will ignore this and go on fulminating) that it is useful to actually READ the whole listing and not just click on something that sounds to good to be true.
