do not buy from
he sent me a shipping number that has disapear after a while on post canada tracking
no more tracking.
he sent me another tracking number and it doesn't work and tell me that all i have to do is look with canada post that maybe they lost the package lol

and open an Item Not Received dispute.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping , delivery) and does not refund you, Paypal will and go after him for their money.
A couple of notes.
If the seller promises a replacement, do NOT accept. It won't arrive either.
The first step is to Contact the Seller. Contact once, and you may already have done this, but don't get into a conversation. You want your money back.
If you cannot open the Dispute because too much time has passed, go instead to the credit card you actually paid with (PP is just a useful mediator) phone the 1-800 number and ask about a chargeback.
But do this immediately. Cards have longer deadlines, but they do have deadlines.

Because of their sales volume, those 183 negatives still leave the seller with a 99.5% positive feedback score - within the acceptable limits.
