Am I allowed to sell items that have the Nazi Swastika symbol on them? I have a WWII military badge I want to sell as a collector item.I think it is too sensitive to list and I don't want to violate Ebay terms but I am unsure of the policy.

You probably can sell them locally. Or find another option for WWII memorabilia collectors by searching the internet.
Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

No you cannot sell that. The policy is that you can sell stamps, letters and envelopes with the swastika only. A quick check of the policies was easily found: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/offensive.html. Whether or not you agree with it, it is the rule and you will have someone shut you down pretty **bleep** quick if they see it listed. Hope that helps.
