can i pay an item with more than one card?

I was wondering if i can combine two different credit cards to pay for an item. Thanks!

Sorry,you can't combine two credit cards to make one payment. If you made more than one payment to make up the total price of the item you would lose your buyer protection.

Transfer cash from one card to the other to make up the difference. Then pay with that card through Paypal.

Hello 'jdug',

If your cards are so maxed out that you cannot use one alone then you might want to reconsider buying anything at all at this point.  Otherwise if you simply have low-limit cards but would like to buy something which exceeds your credit limit on each card, - you can overpay at the bank.  You can put a colossal amount on a card and your 'available credit' becomes that amount, - that is, until you spend it.  Lots of people do that before travelling, or indeed, to buy something big.

When it comes to getting you to part with your money, -- if there's a will there's a way.;-)

Thanks for the answers guys really appreciated...the problem is that i dont have a credit card of my own...i usually use prepaid gift cards to buy on the internet... still i found a way to put money directly on my paypal account from my regular bank account...simple cash transfer...but again thanks a lot for the help 🙂
