why has Ebay made it SOOOOO difficult to navigate?
it took me 15 minutes to find out how to post this thread, and it is not even in an area of my concern, but I need help.
I need to contact Ebay for help changing my password.
there is absolutetly NO WAY to contact Ebay!
WTF is going on????
someone PM me with a way to contact ebay please?

One way to navigate eBay is to use the "Site Map" link at the bottom of each page. I find this to be of help for some things I want to find.

Site map is good but you can also click on "Customer Support" at the top right - then click on "contact ebay" - then click on "Account" - then click on "Forgot ID or password" - last click on "reset Password".
Or you can call them at 1-866-278-1053 and have them take you through the process. Keep that number handy - it is hard to find on the website.
Good luck!

I don't want to RESET my password, I want to CHANGE it
I can get to the area where I can enter old/new passwords, but NOTHING HAPPENS!
I have NEVER received a reply from EBAY on ANY question I have ever had.

I agree, ebay is crazy to navigate in some instances. Trying to get support from them is crazy which I am sure was not an over sight on their part. I think they hope you give up. They don't want to take your money AND have to give you support to. If you have been away from ebay or a while and come back it's like starting all over again trying to find your way around. It's like their feedback system. I had an unsatisfied buyer who was being crazy!! I go out of my way and will lose money if that's what it takes to make a customer happy. After ebay did their investigation they totally agreed the buyer was not of right mind yet refused to take his damaging remarks off my feedback??? I don't understand this at all. All to say that you think after this many years in business they would be able to get things right and make it easier for their clients but that doesn't seem to be the case.
