I believe there are a couple of ways of doing it, try this link first: http://feedback.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedback2

If not, you can usually leave feedback for one item, and then the following page will give you an option to Leave More Feedback. When you click on that link, you should then be able to see all the item you're eligible to leave feedback for.
