frauded seller sent me wrong item and promised to resend but never did it until my protection ended

What do I do with a seller who wasted time saying he will resend my item because he sent me wrong one and when he failed to resend it he promised to pay me my money back but never did

also this seller knows he was wrong and i cant even find him on my list but i am sure i can find his email copies on my email folders

I sent him again the email to pay me back but he ignored me because i cant now even leave him a bad feedback

not very satisfied with this issue i think you need to have a way to note issues when they happen even if the seller offer solutions because they lied and i still want my money back what can you do about that , I tried calling ebay and they refused to help me on the phone because of my location in canada even though i phoned the number listed on you website , and there is no way to contact anyone from ebay that was my only method ! and if you need the seller name i can post it here but i still am not sure if this is ok

Unfortunately, you learned it the hard way.

On Paypal, the protection is valid for the first 45 days and on ebay, you can leave feedback for up to 60 days after transaction. Never pass these delays no matter what the seller promise you.

Have you paid with your credit card through Paypal or through your linked bank accounts?

If paid with credit card, you can contact the security/fraud/protection dept of your credit card and request a chargeback.
