It means that the seller sold the item outside eBay, in violation of eBay policy, which doesn't allow an item listed on eBay to be simultaneously offered outside eBay.

What 'scifan' didn't say is there is a report link on the bottom of the listing, do the rest of us a favour and use it.

The seller should be winnowing those cross-posted items when she makes sales from St Elsewhere sites.
Lord knows everywhere else sales are occasional. It wouldn't be a hassle.
