how do I find a seller?

How do I get in touch with a seller on here that has given me grief for such a long time and has taken my money for something that hasn't worked. This item is a cell phone and I complained about the product from day one, and then seller said that he was going to send money for a new battery that I didn't receive. Kept on sending mail to him, but I did not get any reply back. This seller was a nightmare to me, and that I was certainly not satisfied with the customer service I had received. The seller's name is 

    I have purchased many things on this site, but as I said, this one I would not want on my site selling products.

Looking at your feedback he left  the purchase took place March 1 or before

Unfortunatley the 45 day period you could have contacted ebay to file a claim and have them  help resolve this issue is past

if you paid by credit card contact them about this.   Credit Card companies have time frames they will assist customers with  too so they may or may not be able to help

in future if you have difficulty with another member file a claim with ebay before the 45 day period Even if you are dealing with the other person.  If It gets resolved you can always cancel the claim if it's not resolved by then ebay will still be involved since the claim was filed in time
