how do I turn back on unpaid assistant for a specific item

Hello, A buyer requested to pay for an item after the long weekend so i turned off the unpaid assistant. The 4 days have passed and I want to turn it back on, But how do I do it. Cant seem to find the option in the sold item.

I wish I could help you that but I've never used the Assistant. Has the buyer paid? If not, you can manually file an unpaid item dispute.
