Easy. You put up a special listing specifying the terms upon which you and the buyer have agreed, including the shipping charges, and title the listing with the buyer's user ID or a partial version of it (that way other users will not find it in 'search').
You then inform the buyer of the item number and the title so he can easily find it. Presumably the two of you have agreed on a time limit so that you will not have this listing up forever whilst a buyer makes up his mind.
