how long do I have to leave feedback?

I made a purchase mid of this month and just received it. I am trying to leave feedback for the seller however when I try to leave feedback, I get a message that says I don't have any transactions to leave feedback for. Has the timeframe for which we have to leave feedback been reduced?

Hi .. no change , still 60 days. Is the item in your Purchase history. I do not see any items in your history . Perhaps ebay pulled the listing for some reason.

In your PP account activity/history..click on details for the payment. Item # is there and plug into search on ebay. Comes up 0 item , ebay has removed.
