how to contact and talk to a person at ebay

I would like to talk to a real person.  I have only bought twice on ebay.  My second item has never arrived.  Being naive, I just kept waiting…until apparently past a resolution date.  Is there anything else that I can do to get my money back….or if not that, at least have an impact on the seller that didn't send my item?

you have 45 days to file a claim,

never let a seller string you along

,ebay cant help you after that,always file a claim at day 43.

if you paid by crcard you can call them and they may be able to help

.if not ,just use this as a learning experience of what not to do in the future.

While Paypal and eBay only allow 45 days for a dispute, you may be able to get a refund from the credit card you actually paid with.

Phone the 1-800 number on the card and ask about a chargeback. Have all your dates, payments, addresses and transaction numbers handy for the clerk to process your refund.

BTW, I doubt you would ever get that advice from an eBay clerk. They don't want to give back their fees when you make a chargeback.
