hello ebay community
recently my account was restricted to selling because i list an item that was over my selling limit, and ebay didn't notify people before they sell for their first time ( my ebay account is created in 2010)
i am requested to call them in 3 days otherwise my account will be terminated
after 3 days my account is terminated and suspended permanently, i have no help or whatsoever
i emailed the ebay community manager, with no reply
i am really angry about how ebay ignored people's need. they've remove the online chat help, no email options or if there is one it takes about a week for them to reply
i am currently very frustrated as i have never have such an unpleasant experience in ebay
i want to unban my ebay account but i have nobody to talk to
i would really appreciate if anyone can help me out here, thank guys for your time to read this

Hello, I have the same problem with eBay.ca customer support and as I'm Deaf. I have some items that i want to sell online on eBay. But every time when I need to list something - I get a message that I need to provide my text phone number. I did that and never get the confirmation code to prove my ID in eBay.
Where the heck is the email address for Customer Support ?? That annoys me in angry mood to see " Call Us" message by VOICE only again and again. Hello?? How do you eBay staff expect a Deaf person to TALK over phone when I'm unable to speak like this? I'm dissappointed of how eBay customer service treated that way.
All I can do is TEXT - period. Please help me out so I can begin sell online. Thank you!

Finally found a way to get one item listed now! BUT... the issue with eBay support service for Deaf people remains unresolved. This problem need be fixed for better service seriously! I'm not joking about that ... I'm having a hard time dealing with this service.
