Hello all I am foolishly thinking of trying to learn how to create a page for my store and I have no idea about html is there programs for free or cheap where you can learn any help would be great thanks Pat

There used to be a great "cheap" program called "Cute HTML" but the developers have now pulled it.
You can get older versions of Microsoft's Front Page on eBay inexpensively or visit download.com and search for a HTML Editor. Most of the software there will likely be shareware (try before you buy). I can't speak to the ease of learning many of the programs out there. Front Page is easy enough because it is WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). There are also tons of online tutorials for basic HTML - try a Google search and you will find quite a few.

can't you just use word and save as html ?

If you don't already have Word it can be a fairly expensive program to purchase.
