i ordered aa package off ebay from hong kong dec 10 and its now mar 4

i ordered 6 battery packs for xbox 1 from hong kong it wasnt sent priority was sent on ground i ordered it back on dec 10 and its march 4th now why is it taking so long for it to get here?

Do you have tracking on the order?

What is or was the Estimated Delivery Date? If it has passed, you can open an Item Not Received claim via ebay or Paypal. The latter allows you to do so up to 180 days from payment. If this is a seller you know and already trust, you don't have to hastily open an Item Not Received case but you should be aware of the timelines allowed for doing so. Mark your calendar.
