For each seller from whom you wish to buy multiples, read each listing to ensure the seller offers a combined shipping rate (and of course, that the seller ships to Canada, - some don't). Quite often the seller states very clearly in the listing what the combined rate is and that it is applied automatically at checkout. Other times you need to contact the seller and inquire.
If you need to ask the seller, use the Ask a question link in one of the listings and tell what items you would like to buy, adding that you wish to know the combined shipping cost to your province. Each seller ships her/his own items, so you will need to sort this out with every seller individually.

... Meant to add, - when you have all these items in your Purchase History after each seller has sent the combined rate for her/his items, you should then be able to pay for all at once if they are in the same currency (US dollars, Euros, whatever).

eBay.ca doesn't have the shopping cart feature of eBay.com so each seller will have to be paid separately, although you can pay for all items from the same seller at the same time if you receive a combined invoice.
