I am curious why there are two payments for shipping for the buyer with this program. The ebay literature states "the buyer sees the amount paid to the seller and the amount paid to the global shipping provider. You (the seller) receive the item price and the domestic shipping and handling cost from the buyer." But my item was shipped USPS First Class which accounts for the shipping fee paid to the seller, but not the extra almost $20 (outrageously expensive) paid to Pitney Bowes. The extra fees to Pitney Bowes seems like an overcharge on shipping, especially based on the method of shipping. Also, there is no verification on the "import charges" actually being paid to anyone. This seems like a total money grab.
