first time to buy, make us very trouble, near two month for one transation , it is so mistake and make me lost confident to shop in Ebay!

why the other company just within ten days can receive the parcel, is some company take a very cheap ostage way to delievery to customer?

No, it shouldn't take that long. Overseas orders may take 3 - 5 weeks in some cases but most other orders should arrive much quicker.

If you have still not received your order, you need to file an item not received claim. If the estimated arrival date was less than 30 days ago, you can file a claim with ebay. http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html

If it has been longer than that you will have to sign into your Paypal account, go to the resolution center and file a claim there.

In addition to the Buyer Protection of eBay and of Paypal, you can also go to your credit card that is attached to your Paypal account. Phone the 1-800 number on the card and ask about their 'chargeback' protection policy.

*IF* *IF* *IF* the buyer used a credit card to pay. If he paid with his bank account or with PayPal funds, nothing can be done, even if he has a credit card on file.
