itms I purchased items and have not received EVEN THOUGH IT IS marked shipped

I went in to my email to find out when I would receive my pet boots and it was marked delivered, time of delivery dec 14th also another order for diapers and nothing was marked, according to pay pal boots were ordered November I purchased on ebay but did not realize how long it would take for delivery, then I found out that most of the products were made in china, I worked for Canada customs as I was a broker for 25yrs for customs and never in my life have I heard that it would take over a month to receive the items purchased from China and I have imported from most of the other  Countries,  ,at least give your customers  to choose how they wold like to ship their goods, instead of waiting over a month, I think that I would receive my pet boots for the summer, this is not right and I would appreciate it if you would PLEASE check into this for me as I feel sorry for my pet to go out into the deep snow to relieve her self.  thank you so very much TERRY at  WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU THANK YOU

I'm surprised you have never ever heard of surface mail (1 to 3 month delivery times).

In any case -- send a message to your seller about the problem, the contact info is with your order. These forums are not read by eBay support staff and it's unlikely your China seller will be reading these forums either. The forums are mostly used by Canadian sellers and buyers.

You ordered boots on November 1

You were given an estimated delivery date (by eBay) of December 14.

Did the boots arrive yesterday?

Was Dec 14 the earliest or latest delivery date?

In my 30 odd years in mail order, 20 days for delivery from North America and 30 days from Asia has been pretty much my expectation.

If Dec 14 was the latest expected delivery date, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Recieved dispute.

The first suggestion is to contact the seller.

Don't get into a conversation. All you want (if anything, it's a suggestion not a command) is "What service did you use? When did you ship? What is the tracking number?"

Don't worry if there is no tracking number.* Tracking is expensive and on cheap items sellers don't use it.

If you don't get  satisfactory answer (either a useable tracking number OR a full refund. An offer of a replacement will just be a scam.) escalate to  Claim by asking eBay to step in.

*The tracking number should be viewable on China Post (in English) and when it gets to Canada on Canada Post.

If the seller does not show that the boots (or diapers, I am confused) have been delivered, you will be refunded in full.
