Where did the purchase originate?
If it was in the USA and the seller used the Global Shipping Program, that is an internal tracking number and basically, you can't.
However, it also means the item is on its way.
In my experience, it takes about 20 days for an item to travel from the USA to Canada.
If more than that has passed since purchase, open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
If it is coming from Asia and more than 30 days have passed open an Item Not Recieved Dispute.
Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It will not arrive and the 45 day window will have passed. (The window actually varies, but let's get your money back.)
If the seller cannot prove DELIVERY (not shipping, we know it has shipped) either he refunds you or Paypal does. Then PP goes after the seller for their money.
