Hi .. If you refuse to explain lol , know the following.. seller can refuse to ship but cannot cancel a transaction without your agreement. ebay will ask.

Sellers can cancel listings before having ended. Nothing can be done about that.

Ebay may pull listing for one violation or another. If already paid and can't contact seller , file a dispute/claim.
