So, I originally wanted to buy something from a seller, but realized I had bought something similar off of them previously. I tried to cancel it on my end and also sent the seller an email asking if they wouldnt mind cancelling since the item hadn't shipped. They agreed that it wouldn't be a problem and cancelled on their end. For some reason the item still shows up on "my eBay" and states that the seller tried to cancel the order and I need to take action, providing me with a link. When I click on the link it takes me to another page saying "case information is unavailable". Seller has since sent me an email asking me to cancel so they can get their fee back.
