Quite possibly, but you'll need to ask your seller. You can tell her which street you live on (which she will find out anyway if you pay online) and inquire about a pick-up. Some sellers prefer to meet in a public place, say, the parking lot of the grocery store which they have to stop in at on their way home from work. Be flexible.
She will also get your phone number when you pay, so you can offer it in advance of setting up a meeting.
If your seller is agreeable to meet she will want to be paid in cash. I trust that will not be a problem. If you have already paid online she will doubtless refund your e-payment. 'Cash on pick-up' is how it generally works.
Most sellers don't mind a pick-up but they are busy so it is up to you to be as accommodating as possible.
