what is up with this third party global charge that is realy not good you'll lose a lot of canadian

 i'm buying a top from u.s. and there is and added cost from a global co., third party the seller tells me its new from ebay.  why seems kind of excessive, a lot of canadians will find alternate ways of buying on ebay!!!!!
