when "open box" as details for New Other condition of an item... What can I expect as condition ???

What kind of feedback does the seller have. Is the seller a surplus store that sells returned items What all does it say in the listing.

it's because nothing else mentionned other then "open box" in the détails section of New Other condition
But when received it... first it was not the right item as described in spécifications but in addition there is some scratches and some missing plastic rip on the monitor and the stand is not leveled and also some others things are broken as the DVD doesn't open when selecting eject from Windows and the button on the front of the display won't work at all as other buttons to control the sound from the display surface... so is it normal when said "open box" ???

too late for GSP as I already received my computer... but as it will be refund because not the right item and really not new, I will ask next time as what I red from other posts, seems a bad thing this GSP |-(
