I have been buying on e-bay for so many years now.And it is always been an issue that whenever i won for an item 2 or more than 3 times on the same seller,some item is not going to show up.Is it always an s.o.p. for us buyer that items coming from china has a waiting time of 30 to 45 days?As A buyer when i pay for an item a.s.a.p. i am already expecting them to come a.s.a.p. too.Free shipping or not the time frame should always be the same.It is always the free shipping items are always lost.
The worse part of it is the waiting time before I can get my claim. Something is going on that e-bay need to find the roots of this problems.Are the items really lost,are they really shipped or are they stolen?Refund is not the only solution .There are time lost ,patience lost and most of all the trust if you know what i mean.How can this be solve? Seller should track the items they are selling and give information to the buyers.Several sellers are doing it why can't the rest do it.For your information.
