Angry at seller!!!

EBay says they approve my return but also to contact the seller. I did. The seller say's since i'm not in the USA they refuse to send me a return label. I live a 6 hour drive by car from the seller!! Then the seller tells me a defective unit should not work at all instead of just the WIFI which I stated. WOW! So because WIFI does not work but the rest is OK its not defective?? It clearly mentions in the description of the product it is both WIFI and Bluetooth.

The seller needs to send you the money for the label through Paypal as it isn't possible (or very difficult) to print a Canada Post label from the US.  Let them know how much it will cost to send and if they refuse to send money you'll have to contact ebay customer service.   You can go to the post office to get a price or use the Canada Post online calculator.

You'll have to use a tracked service so either tracked packet or expedited parcel USA.

The seller can refuse returns, but he cannot refuse REFUNDS.

 Contact eBay-- but because we Canadians are polite (or at least passive-aggressive) do give him the information PJ passed along.
