So made offer 80$ on 2018 vaccum they declined it asked for 85$ I said ok butthey never changed to 85.00 so offer from email was declined so does this go against my account I did call customer service told them they seen this. Thanks

Did you make a counter-offer, did they send you a counter-offer?

The Seller is not obliged to accept any offer made using messages, and can decline a sale for any reason they so choose.
