Canadian Tax Form question

The email came in to fill out my tax number, downloaded and printed it out and it's ready to go.  Where do I upload it to?  I tried emailing CanadaPST/GST@ebay.com but was bounced back so that address isn't working right now. 

Just not sure what the step is to actually get it into the hands of eBay.

Thanks, I double checked the initial message from eBay and it did say CanadaPST/GST@ebay.com in it so I read it right!  I tried your link and it wasn't bounced back so I assume it went through.  We'll see.
