Can someone please tell me if I will be charged a tariff if buying a used doll from a US seller?
Thank you in advance.

There won't be any tariffs. Purchasing from the US will be the same as before. Nothing has changed on the Canadian side of customs processing except for automobiles, aluminum etc. Otherwise it's business as usual.

Most of the retaliatory duties Canada had on USA goods (covered by CUSMA) were removed at the start of the September. Depending on value, the doll may have sales tax collected.

Quite the opposite.
If you were to SELL a doll to an American, the customer would be charged a tariff by their own government.
But many patriotic Canadians are refusing to buy anything at all from US sources because of the rudeness of the current president.
