Anyone every have bids not showing up unless you click on the listing??

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone ran into this before. Normally if I have any bids on my auctions it shows in the Active Listings summary items with the amount of items with bids. Mine is showing none/zero on either my computer browser or on the app. (I would have just assumed I had no bids....yet!)

The only reason I know someone is bidding is I had a potential buyer ask if I might consider an offer so I told him I would add "Make an Offer" to the listing. When I went to do so it wouldn't let me since you can't make changes on listings with current bidders on....and I saw someone was already bidding on it. I thought maybe it was a lag (this happened yesterday morning) but I see today I'm still showing no bids unless I actually go and click the listing itself. Anyone else ever had this?? I wish someone else would bid so I could see if it was just a weird glitch. I have to fight the urge to go into all my listings and see if it's the same on any others!

I have the same problem. Just occurred yesterday.

My original post was from October last year! I haven't had it happen since (and it was short lived glitch) but there are lots of changes going on now so who knows....actually now I'm going to have to go check in case it is happening again!

Just checked and all is okay now. Also wanted to add, I'm not sure if you are using your phone/app or desktop but I know on the app version under selling the "Tasks" of "Add recommended specifics" and "Promote your listing" are at the top now, so you have to actually scroll up to be able to see the actual bids. Before you could see them as soon as you clicked Selling.

Personally I liked it much better before they decided to change the order of appearance but what can one do!
