Shipping

Can’t ship.When I click print label I get “it’s not you it’s us”. Never had any problems before. My customers are still waiting for me to ship. What can I do?

This was an issue a few days ago. It may have returned. You can either sign in directly to PayPal or goshippo and find your order there and ship.

Are you using Shippo?

Use Paypal.

Are you using Paypal?

Use Shippo.

Both will feed into your Solutions for Small Business account, if that is a concern.

And of course you can also print a shipping label directly from SnapShip/Canada Post, although there you have to fill in addresses etc manually and pay with your credit card rather than taking payment from your PP balance.

It also appears orders are not populated to Shippo as quick as they should. If you have this problem, just click on shipments tab and back to orders until it updates. Or you can click on the sync order button at top.

I re-synched my store to Shippo, something security had expired.

How do I connect my eBay.com account? 

1. Log in to your Shippo account

2. Click on Settings along the left navigation panel

3. Click on E-commerce Channels

4. Click Connect next to eBay 

5. Enter your eBay account details to connect

E-commerces Channels appears as "stores". Followed the prompts. "Reconnect" Looks like it worked. The missing orders suddenly appeared.
