closed return by mistake

I want to return this item but I, by mistake , canceled the return, how do I open it?

I have emailed Customer service with no response

There's no phone number to contact eBay Canada. You can use Facebook or X to contact eBay reps.

I believe there is a way to reopen the return, when you select the item in your purchase history. It should show in the dropdown options list, exactly as how you did it the first time you submitted the return request.
