double pay for shipping label

I’ve had a few sales on eBay, but I’m being charged nearly 65% in fees. For some labels, I’m paying double—once from my account and again on their site. When I called to clarify the fee issues, they increased the next day. They also added features to my account without my knowledge and charged me for them. I’m seriously considering closing my account because the fees are outrageous, and it’s just not worth the hassle. I’d like to connect with others who have had similar experiences, either to help resolve this or to discuss closing their accounts.

Although I cannot help with your specific issues/problems, I can say I think you need to re think your shipping costs: for example> to ship a pair of snowboard boots to my province=$129??...what are they made of...Lead?

and $15.00 to ship me a 5oz.paperback book?

Fees are not 65% so something odd must be going on or you are misunderstanding something.

Someone here might be able to help in you give more details. Which extra features are you being charged for? Are you promoting your items?

As far as the shipping, when you print a label you are not charged at that time. It can take a few days to a couple of weeks to be charged.  Perhaps that is what you are seeing.

Are you able to show any screenshot of what you are being charged? Block out any personal info.
