eBay Search is Results are broken and have been broken for half a week now.

The eBay search seems to be broken both on the website and the app. When searching for an item, lets say for example "Titanic DVD", then clicking sold listings, it says No Results Found. Obviously there would be lots of results for the sale of this common DVD. Under the no search results found, you'll see Results Matching Fewer Words which includes results that should have showed up for my original search since my keywords were not entered wrong and were not different than the results under Matching Fewer Words.

This has been an ongoing issue for about 5 days now, it's happening on the website and the app. 

Many other users have reported the exact same issue, so its not an issue specific to me. 

Does eBay know about this issue? Are they in the process of fixing it? I would imagine correct search results would be important to both sellers and buyers on this site, so its something that should be a priority fix.

Same here, very specific two word searches that should return a lengthy list of exact matches do not.

Super frustrating - this is absolutely unacceptable

If you search ebay.com tech support, there's a big thread there too with no response or action from eBay

It's been about a week or longer already
