A buyer from the USA is getting a problem message and can not purchase my item. I tried to help them by changing a few shipping options on my end. I asked them to go on desktop version site to add item to cart and request an invoice, and they do not have that option.
I also do not see send a invoice or best offer option in message or anywhere on my end to send. My item https://www.ebay.ca/itm/325115598760 Any idea what is going on and how to fix it? I have never encounterd this before.
Thank you.

Sorry just noticed this..
Where it says offer another service, - Additional ship to locations - buyers contact for costs.... don't put worldwide. Leave it as ships to Canada and the following . There is no need to check anything off as you already have the costs and services listed for the countries that you want to ship to.
Does this all make sense?

Not sure if this was already mentioned but did you check under your Business Policies for Shipping.
It happend to me before that even though I was changing almost all of my individual listings for some reason eBay had changed my "Default" shipping so if I wasn't careful to check each time it would "jump" to the default even if I didn't want it. I changed the actual Default shipping to be the one I used the most and it helped me. If you go peak at those policies it should show you how many listings (and which ones) are connected to each policy. I found this out when I decided to stop shipping international and went back to just Canada and the US, changed some stuff, but the default setting somehow got locked into one I didn't want!
Good luck...there's always something weirding out!

I don't think that they are using business policies.

Remove United States from your "additional ship to location"
You already have the US on a separate line.
For some reason if you have it in the additional line as well it makes things go wonky.

Ok, so new problem...
I just went through 102 lisintgs to uncheck United States and any other country already selected above in international shipping, in the "Will Ship To Canada And The Following" section in bulk listing edit. After I save, when I check shipping to United States, it still says "Shipping Not Specified".
When I revise the single listing, it re-checked "United States", under "Will Ship To Canada And The Following". I Un-check it again and save the signle edit lisitng again. Refresh the page and check shipping again, it does he same thing again...
Some reason it's glitching and is not saving what I edit... Any ideas?

Expedited USA and International have minimum dimensions that are different than Tracked Packet and Parcel services within Canada. The min. is 21 x 14 x .5cm so you need to change the first number to 21.
You can actually ship a parcel using expedited US with the dimensions that you have now but the ebay calculator and shipping program go by the CP published dimensions.
Are you using Expedited rather than tracked Packet so that you can add on more Canada Post insurance? You can use a third party insurance company to add on extra insurance if you use Shippo. I'm not sure how it is set up on ebay shipping.
You can find the dimension information on this page...

Oh right! The dimensions! How could I forget... Hopfuly I correct it this time... Thank you again.

Yes, I prefer to use Expedited for Signature and extra insurance purposes over a hundred dollars. I attempted Shippo through eBay but could not figure it out and stuck with eBay print shipping label becasue I found it easy and quick.

I was mistaken yesterday. That area that says additional shipping locations doesn't affect anything. It seems as if ebay is checking off the US option on their own as it was checked off o
You have quite a few listings now that do not have US shipping specified.

I still see one listing, 325101048013 with a US problem.
I suspect it's a dimension / service miss-match.
Not sure if it's related but I see 529 listings on .ca and only 528 on .com, could be eBay isn't including the one with faulty shipping even though the listing does appear in search results.
Out of curiosity I looked further afield, 427 listings on .au, 119 listings showing on .de and .uk, maybe you only offer international selectively but if not you may have a problem.

I'm going through them all and re-checking dimensions and checking with the Canada post size and weight restrictions chart. Hoping that's all it is and fixes them. Thank you for your help.
