CanadaPost option for sales made through ebay.com is still not available

I sell on both ebay.com and ebay.ca

I use ebay.ca for printing labels from both stores.

The Canada Post option is now available for sales made on ebay.ca, but still not available for sales made through ebay.com

Is this something eBay developers missed?

For me it's not available at all and I only sell on Ebay.ca. I had to pay extra and ship it directly through the post offcie tonight for items due to ship today, I may have to do the same tomorrow if they don't fx it. I hope it's back to normal tomorrow though.

It's not possible - and never was - to print a CP label from Ebay.com.

And where exactly I said I print the CP label from ebay.com?

In my post, I specifically said that I use ebay.ca to print labels for both stores.

Are you sure you're using a Canadian address for "ship from"?

I think what OP was saying was that they could not print shipping labels when the *BUYERS* used ebay.com (ie: US buyers = problem, Canadian buyers = may not be a problem)

Exactly. I have two stores, one for Canadians and one for Americans. When selling on ebay.com you can still print labels from ebay.ca (using that store account, obviously).

So that part is not working anymore, you can't print CP labels on ebay.ca for sales made through ebay.com

Looks like it is working again for .com sales to get labels from .ca.

I've been experiencing a technical hiccup where the Canada Post Tracked Packet option isn't populating correctly. A few times now, it appears greyed out with the "We could not get a quote for this service" message, even though dimensions are accurate. But when I change the weight from 100g to 99g, suddenly it appears as an option again — then I can change it back to 100g. Odd.

Other than that, labels are working again.
