There still seem to be some bugs in the system. I set up my first 'coupon' yesterday for a $5 discount for every three items purchased. Today I had my first redeemed coupon, but eBay only gave the buyer a $2 discount, so I will have to refund the other $3.
devon@ebay Can you please pass this and any above issues on to support? From personal experience I created 3 coupons when service went live. Currently only showing 2 and had a screenshot of where 3rd was live. History does not show coupon as ended or cancelled. There are still links involved that are doa.

I just had my first 'buy 3 get 15% off' coupon sale. Seems to work okay. From the seller fees breakdown it looks like they used the after discount price (plus tax and shipping though of course)
