A new buyer contacted me stating that they received the CD and that they didn't like it and wanted to return it and wanted to know how to do it. It is world music Cesaria Evora. I responded to them that I was sorry that they didn't like it and that although I love world music it is not to everyone's taste. I then gave them pictures of the steps on ebay to complete to return the CD. I said as soon as I get the CD back I would return the cost of the CD.
I didn't tell them this: Now the CD was only $8.90 plus shipping. It is going to cost them $3.50 to send it back and the cost of the envelope and they will only get back $8.90. I am sure when they go to the PO to send the item back, they will find out actually how much things cost. I have had a couple of these requests before and the buyers never went through with it.
Did I do everything right?
