Error Code ME200

For the past 2 days whenever I try to download a picture for a new listing I receive the Error Code  ME200 and message "Oops, we're experiencing technical problems, Please remove this file and try again later" I have called EBAY support who suggested I use a different browser which I tried with no luck. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it my computer or an Ebay issue?

I have read this but I am still confused about where the problem lies.

Same error with me but CS, as usual, treat you like an idiot. I try not to get upset or blame them, they have to follow their script. I list on .com and .ca, just finished listing on .com, no issues. Using different tab on same Chrome browser --> .ca site will not upload photos. Yes, cookies all eaten prior to use. CS attempted --> what's your browser? device? cookies?

I interrupted and asked if they got a memo or tech update from anyone that for the last 2 days people on .ca are having this same 'eBay Site photo issue' and not --> user issue.

Oh well, isn't it fun to wait?
