Anyone else having issues posting new listings?

Tried different browsers, phone, resuming drafts. It basically dies after the category selection. Ongoing issue since Saturday, ticket raise with ebay support

I just put in today's 10 auctions and relisted about 10 with no problems.

I'm using a computer and I exclusively use "sell similar" to list stuff....

Listed a number yesterday, there was/is an issue with photo editing.  Often a photo will not load, or after an edit will not save and get hung up.  I closed the photo window and re-selected it and it would work ok.  For some listings I had to do that for almost all the pictures, some for just a few. 

I tried it on my main desftop computer and a laptop and it was the same so not a computer issue.

For me, resume a draft or create a new draft brings me to the same error message wheter edge, chrome, desktop or mobile. Sounds like it is an account issue, I'll need to follow up with support then

Rather than starting with a draft, havens  you tried using sell similar from another listing?

Exact same thing. If I try ebay.com i'm good, ebay.ca doesn't work.

So create one from similar in Canada bombs, create one from similar on US site works

Have you signed up for managed payments? That might be causing the problem.

Good idea, so I went and checked. My payout methods are set and my fee payment method is set. 

Haven't sold in a few years but you'd think a 25 year old account (they tell me everytime I call/chat)  wouldn't mess itself up  😉

Your payout method was just set up recently?   Sellers used to receive payouts through Paypal but now they receive money through their chequing account which has to be set up specifically to receive seller payouts. So something that you set up years ago to buy stuff wouldn't be set up now for payouts.

Well the pay out method has been setup weeks ago now, I would have expected some delay as maybe they did a test transaction or something. I tried posting again today, still to no avail. This is feeling a bit silly.

That would be frustrating! Have you tried a different browser? Apparently ebay doesn't work well with some older browsers. I'm using Firefox 109.1 and haven't had any recent problems.

Well, it's been two months, three support requests. Still unable to post a sell listing in Canada. 😞

I listed 2 items on my computer then my item after that refreshed every time that I tried to put anything in the description field. I tried for 90 minutes and it did it over and over again. I've been dealing with that in lesser capacity all week long. 

Then a bit ago Item specifics started to send me items that I can't complete anymore. Everytime I tried to update it says I need information and there is nothing I can add. They also removed the skip option so in a few days I won't be able to get anymore sales because of those things. i just wasted a week trying to list about 50 items and was only able to list about 10 items over about 10 hours.

Also Ebay support has been completely removed for me so I can't call or email anymore anymore to let them know. It's been like that for a few days too. My sales even with up to 15% promotions and a week of sales is less than 10% of what it should be for this time of year for the past couple weeks. I may have to get rid of promotions soon because it's been kind of useless to me. 

The site is horribly broken at least for me. I'm in eastern Canada by the way.
