Question about eBay fees for VAT and IST

When doing my taxes how do I figure out how much I have paid in fees to eBay for the amount they pay on my behalf for VAT and IST. I do know how much they paid but don't know the percentage that they charge me. Anyone know where to find this?Thanks.

So payouts are not made the same day as a sale. If I have a sale on Dec 31 2021 but the payout doesn't hit my bank till Jan 2nd 2022 am I including this in the '21 tax year reporting or does it get pushed to '22 year?
