I am aware that I have to use the Seller Central Hub to be able to add video to my listings. The thing is that it only allows me to do that when creating the listing. I am unable to add videos to my existing listings which were created on the mobile app. Any workarounds for this?

Hi. Short video as an eBay tool is available on the USA site. It's not available on the Canadian site.
Video is best suited for higher end "sonic" items or items requiring more than 24 pictures.
eBay Canada allows me ( and anyone) to insert video into listings via a different route. As a musicial instrument seller (sonic items) I create videos for sonic items. I insert coded HTML into the listing.
The process has flaws. For instance implanted HTML video links in listings are blocked to viewers on most devices particularilyt cell phones. If your viewer is tech savvy IE: professional musicians, they can circumvent the problem if it occurs on their device.
I viewed your items and I don't see you would benefit from HTML coding for them. However , being in Oakville you are pretty close to the US border. I don't know much about that but other Sellers may assist you in selling on the USA eBay which would give you access to their short video tool. I can see that helping you with some of your items.
As you don't yet have a "store" you might consider switching to the US site. The value and tools offered by ebay dot com are attractive if you can support the adjustment in shipping. Be sure to do your due dilligence first with respect to the video tool they have as features come and go.
I didn't read your listings but your photos are very good. A few of them I would crop closer and get rid of the water marks though.
Good luck!

Supposedly you can post videos on the Canadian site through the API (I assume there must be a 3rd party vendor somewhere that provides it, but I don't know for sure).
There is a YouTuber that talked about videos recently on the USA site. They always used to post the product demonstration videos to a YouTube channel, and found that after a few years they had made more on many of the videos than what they sold the product for. It seems eBay is moving away from allowing this on any of the sites, but I did think it was pretty interesting.

Can you link to a youtube video on .ca? If you can do that without to much trouble that is better than the eBay hosted video on .com.
I mainly list on .com and the eBay hosted video size is very limited. I use a site to compress the size so that I can get about a 45 seconds to maybe a minute of video posted. I have done it for a few pieces of equipment where it really helped but it is a rush to show everything I want to in the quick clip.
Before eBay hosted video I put up a youtube video on .com for a more obscure turntable brand to show it's operation and that would not have fit in the eBay size. It was a Metzner Starlight 60A for the sonically curious😁
Edit: Just looked at the OP's listings and the vintage boombox would be a good one for a video. Boombox folks are serious collectors.

@byto253 I'm not sure I agree with you. For your first question maybe you didn't read my post. Yes inserting a video on ebay Canada is totally possible by using HTML coding in your listing. If someone wants to see how they appear your welcome to look at my listings. If I have a video in a listing "See Video" is usually the last word in the title. Does it help sell an item? Yes. Is it worth the extra work? Depends. If you want information on how to do that please DM me. Too complicated for here.
With respect to the OP's @savvyfalcon items in my previous post I indicated html links have issues. Most of the time they require cut & paste and do not work via one click. Most cell phones do not allow click through depending on how the security for the device has been configured.
The US ebay tool is a totally different system. First of all eBay hosts the data not YouTube. That's so Buyers aren't led off of the platform. Secondly the eBay videos are very short and very easyt to add to your listings. It's not much different than adding a picture. This makes it worthwhile to add a video to a low value item. html coding can take a lot of time to make the video, upload it, create a link, code the link and insert it into the background html in your listing. It's worth it for an expensive itenm or an item you have major quantity of.
Re the boombox which the OP has at auction for $130ca. As you know selling any used electrronic gear is very risky. For example a video for that might be nice to show it works. Lights come on, sound comes out. so now you've driven up the bidding price from $130 to say $250. The seller ships the item.
The buyer gets the item and the headphone jack doesn't work. It wasn't demonstrated in the video. Nether was the rca output jacks. the shortwave function, the police band, the loudness switch (hypothetically) etc etc. so theres a good chance the buyer wants a refund, a discount or a return. Any non working function is good enough for an INAD. If you use a video you've sugar coated the item. Videos only show what buyer's see not what they don't see. There is no added seller security.
Going thru the time and effort to implant an html link has now caused more trouble than it's worth. the eBay dotcom videos would be great because they are easy peasy but you still have to be careful.
Here's another example. You have an autograph book to sell. It has 40 pages and every page has a movie star's signature. An experienced eBay seller (but not an experienced YouTuber) made a video to display the book in her listing. This was a great idea except she added copywiritten background music to the video. Oops, copywrite violation...Poof. video gone. Now you have a YouTube strike against you and a dead link in your eBay listing. If you go the html coding route you must have a grasp of both the eBay html guidelines and the YouTube Creator restrictions.
I don't think eBay dotcom is moving away from videos as @flipistics suggested in her post. Currently there is no facility for US users to upload eBay listing videos from their cellphones. At the same time most sellers use their mobile phone to make the video so this seems to be a conundrum. Apparently eBay dotcom is looking at changing that. If that happens we should see a lot more video on the US seller listings.
I hope this sheds some light and helps a bit. Petition for the eBay feature to come to Canada.
