How do I bundle shipping?

Hi there I'm just wondering how I can bundle my shipping product? I just sold two products item#281450679827 and item#281455837843. Instead of printing two shipping labels how can I go and bundle the shipping in one box and print one shipping label for these two items? Thank you.

Start printing a label for one of the items as you normally do and enter the total weight and dimensions of the package that you put both items in. If you are printing out a packing slip you can copy and paste it to a program like word and then manually type in the second item.

If the item is going out of the country, you can manually add the second item to the customs info. You will also have to add the tracking number for the second item yourself through my ebay or sales manager.

If I start printing one shipping label and enter the total weight and dimensions like you said then on the system it will show me as only shipped one item how will ebay know that I put two items in one package? I will still be asked to ship the other item on ebay.

On the my eBay screen where you click "more actions" under print shipping label, it should show a drop down menu and one of the options should say "mark item as shipped" or "add tracking number"... Whichever you want to do. You can simply add the same tracking number of the label you purchased via PayPal, and it'll show up on paypal eventually as shipped.

I thought that tracking numbers had to be unique on each sale. I remember trying to add the same number and it would not take it. But this was a couple of years ago so maybe it changed.

I'm fairly sure that I've been able to add the same tracking number to two different items as long as the buyer id was the same.

As zee-chan said you can just mark the item as shipped. Not everyone ships through ebay/Paypal so having to mark it shipped yourself isn't going to set off any red flags.

Yes you can use the same tracking number poco. I had a buyer last week pay for his winning auctions separately (despite I told him to wait for all auctions to finish first), so I bought one label, then manually added the number for other items he won later.
