How do I change Shipping Option AFTER SOLD

I had Canada Post Selected Initially- The Item Sold and as I was close- I actually hand delivered to the customer and now I cannot close the sale and the customer was happty and left feedback///// HELP

@sancfla43  If the customer paid you directly and you delivered:

-Mark the item as paid for (from the item drop down list " Mark as payment received")

-Mark the item as shipped (from the item drop down list "Mark as shipped")

-Leave feedback

This will put everything as it should be from eBays perspective.

Just to add, you cannot change a listing after it is sold.  If something is really a problem, the only option is to cancel the sale and relist it with the correction and the buyer re-buys it.   I have done this when a buyer is moving and did not update a shipping address.
