Need help finding a book

Hello,

Title is: Personnel Strategies of Great Military Leaders.

A number of years ago on one of my regular trips to India, I purchased this book in one of my favourite shops. It was a small books with some excellent articles on many of the very notable figures in modern military history, such as Gen. Marshall, Fredrick the great, Stalin to name a few. The articles were mostly about their personnel as in Human Resources strategies. I found the book very good. Regretably I am not able to find it any more or remember the auther. I have gone back to the shop, searched on google and a number of other web sites, but no luck. I am willing to go through ISBN listing if I could find one paper or online. May be it was a small edition. I would very much like to find it and purchase it again.

Any help is greatly appreciated along and of course I will be happy to pay reasonable fee.
