When you search items on ebay, there are filters in the left pane. Everything works as usual except for the item location filter. When I click "canada only", nothing changes which means I don't see canadian sellers' items at the top of the results. I only get the default or worldwide results. I've tried with 4 browsers including firefox and chrome, but I get the same result. Insterestingly, on ebay.com, it doesn't even show the item location category. Is anyone else experieincing the same issue?

There's a bunch of posts on this. For most filters you can click on the wording (not the box) to get it to work. For location, until it is fixed, you need to add the tokens to the end of the URL manually. If you hover over the wording and look at the url you can figure out what to add. (&LH_PrefLoc=1)

Until the glitch is resolved, I've been using the mobile app for filtering. Consider doing the same if you have access.

Selecting the Item location filter option and then hitting the "enter" key seems to be working for me.

The problem with each one of these "temporary glitches" is they are affecting a sellers opportunity to do business. Especially when it is a glitch that affects traffic. It's almost like someone have remote access to your front door lock, locking it willy nilly. Too bad there wasn't some sort of accountability or fwiw an apology. First we have to recognise, then attempt to point out and get it acknowledged...then hopefully fixed..in a timely manner. Seems like there have been many more of those types of glitches lately.

The strange thing is that the item location filter in .com is still not avaialble. I haven't used .com much lately. Has it always been like this?
