Hi, another glitch today. I'm getting this message when trying to send combined shipping invoice. What do I do? Thanks.
Something went wrong. Please try again later.

I've seen that message, I just waited for a few hours and tried again.

Were you trying to do it from Hub page? You could see if the customer can send you a request for a revised invoice and respond that way. Just a thought.

When that happens for me, I check my orders and it usually shows that the combined shipping invoice was sent even though it says there was an error. Check your "awaiting payment" tab and see if the total reflects your combined shipping adjustments. Ebay just glitches a lot and makes you think it didn't go through, even though it usually does (for me at least).

Yes, after a few hours I tried again and it showed that the request was sent. I did find out later that several invoices were sent to a buyer but I couldn't tell on my end. Thanks.

Hi
I`m getting the same problem today. Says there is a problem try again later. So far I`ve tried for most of the evening and still not sending invoices as well as not combining invoices. Probably try again tomorrow.
Hopefully buyer is patient. I emailed to let them know. But, there seems to be a problem here that ebay needs to take care of.
Cheers.

There is a good chance that the invoice was sent and the message is wrong. You can test this by checking off 'send me a copy' when you send the invoice. If you receive a copy, you know that the buyer did too.

The issue is still there and also Buyers are saying they cannot pay for items as the amounts will not change to CDN $ when going to pay on the US site.
I am also getting offers of US25.00 in my inbox as offers of $25.00cdn there is no "exchange rate" being applied.
This looks like a Managed Payment mess

If you can, you should post a screen shot of the first problem and page devon or velvet so that they can pass it on.
As far as the second one, I don't have the best offer option but I thought that offers were always in the currency that the listing was in. I didn't think it was possible for a buyer to make an offer in a different currency...that's why offers can be confusing for US buyers when the listing is on .ca. Are you saying that's not the case?
